We build between six and eight new homes a year. Most of them are architecturally designed one-offs on infill sections in the older Christchurch suburbs, and the rest are standard plans on flat sections in Rolleston and Lincoln.
The price you sign is the price you pay unless you change something. Every quote is itemised by trade and by stage, and any variation is priced and signed before the work happens rather than appearing at the end.
We handle the consent, the engineer, the surveyor and the council inspections. You are given a build programme at the start with dates on it, and a weekly update against it for as long as the job runs.
