Bathrooms and kitchens
Single-room renovations done properly, including the waterproofing and the paperwork.
What it involves
How a job like this runs.
A bathroom is the smallest job we take and the one that most often goes wrong for people. The waterproofing is a restricted building work item, it needs a licensed applicator and a record of it, and a surprising number of bathrooms are done without either.
We do ours with a licensed applicator, photograph every stage of the membrane, and give you the producer statement with the handover pack. If you sell the house in three years, that folder is what a buyer's lawyer asks for.
Kitchens are usually four to five weeks including the joinery lead time. We measure after the walls are lined rather than before, which is why our benchtops fit.
