We do a handful of commercial jobs a year: café and shop fit-outs, office conversions, and small standalone buildings up to about four hundred square metres.
The constraint on this work is almost never the building, it is the trading. We programme around opening hours, work nights and weekends where the lease requires it, and price that in at the start rather than as an after-hours variation.
All our commercial work is run under a site-specific safety plan with a named site manager, and we carry ten million public liability.
