We keep two carpenters on maintenance because the alternative is telling long-standing clients that a two-day job is not worth our while, which is not a business we want to run.
Most of it is rot in weatherboards and window joinery, decks that have failed at the fixings, and leaks that turn out to be flashings. We will give you a written assessment with photographs before any repair over about two thousand dollars.
We do insurance work and will deal with the assessor directly if you would rather not.
